Pls. help me coz i have 2 windows running 98 and xp, the original is 98 and the language of it is japanese....so please!!!! Is there anyone could solve my problem? thanks in advance

im not sure exactly what you are trying to do. if you want to delete everything on it and start over, then you have to get a full version of the operating system you want and format the laptop then install it. an easier way would be to order a system restore disk through ibm.
