So if you go to bed at 5am you get up at 5:30 am? I guess a better question is if this is a problem for you. Are you waking up feeling refreshed? Do you get up to urinate? Your body has an internal clock and you may wake up simply because your body is telling you that you have had enough sleep.

I have the same problem, except it's 4:30 when I wake up.

If you hit that little button marked "snooze" you can sleep for another 5-10 minutes, try it, it worked for me. But my boss doesn't understand.

Your internal body clock is programmed that way.
