They seem to be after Jose Mourinho but they have one of the best coaches in the world at the moment but he seems to be very negative at the moment and playing too much defensive football, Real Madrid have all ways been know for their attacking football so i think he will leave and Jose will come in. They have been after Kaka for a long time but it will be hard to get him but he would be perfect for the midfield and will do a similar job that Zizou did. they are after C Rinaldo as well and he would be well suited to the Spanish football style.
Coach Jose Mourinho
Players Kaka
C Ronaldo
Adriano

There's no point of bringing new managers or players into the squad. The more players they bring in, they will not be able to gel together. They need the time to gel.
Over the last three seasons, Real has brought in what, how many managers? And none of them did win a trophy.
If Real wants to win silverware, Fabio Capalleo will have to stay put.

Ronaldinho is not going to leave Barcelona, C. Ronaldo won't leave Man. Utd. they are both under contract and their clubs are not willing to sell them. Madrid's best chance at a Big Named player is Kaka from AC Milan. As for a coach, as much as I would love to see Cappelo out, he will still be around for at least one more year. Besides, Mourinho says he is staying at Chelsea, and although Rijkaard may be leaving Barcelona at seasons end (big mistake), he is still under contract until 2009.

well they have such players who needs motivation and not coaching so capello should remain ..he helped them win the champions league in 1997 .
moreover real have already signed youngsters like gago and higuain and for the time being the team is very well balanced with cannavaro in defence and raul and robinho in the forward line...they just need to coordinate well and attack well
they have to get their self confidence back..
they should bring their own players whom they have nurtured from young so that they have the eagerness to strike it big for real...remember big names always doesnt count...should always rely on talent and skills rather than big brand names..
so no changes for the time being....
