I loved it. It was definitely on my watch after school list.

Along with:

He Man
Dungeons and Dragons
Thundercats
Godzilla

And on Saturday:

Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors
The Incredible Hulk
Transformers

The 80's definitely had the best cartoons and cartoon intro's

Check out this video at about 12 minutes in, to see Ulysses 31

Was that the one set in Space? Everyone on his ship in a sort of stasis? I remember it vaguely - Must have been early Eighties just after I had started secondary school I think. It was cool if I am on the right one.....

Yeah I remember that. Used to watch it after school "whilst doing homework". It went on for ages too. Loads of episodes. I have seen it on video ages ago, its probably available on DVD by now.
