Actually, a person CAN say both.
God bless America, our Constitution, and ALL who hold elected positions in our government. I pray for ALL of them daily.
They are NOT in contrast.

One of the reasons that Democrats hates Bush is because he stands up for the Constitution.
Carter & Clinton appointed thousands of left- wing federal judges to slowly do away with the Constitution.
Everyone knows that.
