You mean hide their ID? You could just remain them or delete them... You can send an sms via your networks website, i know you can do that with O2...

When I was with Sprint, I had a private a number and any time I sent a text no one knew it was me because my number didn't show up. I had to put a signature on my text messages.

download yahoo widgets, install, then search for the sms widget add on - you can now send sms free from your pc!
this can be done anonymously, but you're probably better off just speaking to them (I take it this is for valentines day?)

Many websites will let you send a text message to their customers, so if you know the persons carrier, you could try that.

No, however... if you know the receivers phone carrier you can go to their website and send a free text from there... don't enter your wireless number and your good to go.
