Why don't people get off thier lazy asses and get off of welfare? Why do most people think they are too good to start off at McDonalds when they have no education or experience?

Good Question! I don't know.

Consider this, people use to make more on welfare than the could at McDonalds. I don't think that the case anymore.

At least you said people and not black people only.

As my father said, one of the greatest causes of failure in a man is that he cannot recognize his own limitations. Dream big, sure, but realize what your weaknesses are. Many of these people are delusional and think that there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. I know this sounds absurd, but my parents own a restaurant, so I have had plenty of opportunity to experience what this is like firsthand. Even with no education, no experience, no work skills, and no work ethic, there are people who think that they are entitled to something better than McDonald's. And let me tell you, an entitlement attitude is one of the worst things a person can have. So get off your butt, quit mooching off the hardworking taxpayers of America, and get a job. Everyone's gotta start somewhere.
