I like this guy who works in my company he is french. But he's been giving me mixed signals i dont know whetehr he likes me or not. During lunch he looks at me (when i directly dont face him) but when i look at him he looks the other way. That day he was there during a meeting thats the first time i shook hands with him . He winked at me while i was shaking his hands.
Does he like me ? what should i do ? please help

Can I ask you something? I find you really interesting would you like to go out for a drink?
And at the bar, if he agrees, you can ask him "Dis moi - es tu gai?"

Wink back and see what kind of reaction you get. If the signals continue, introduce yourself to him and see if he wants to go out for a drink after work some night or start hinting back and see what kind of reaction you get. If you start up a conversation, you should get a feel for where he is heading before long.

Be careful. You could be interpreting 'cultural differences' as 'attraction'. Besides you work for the same employer. Not advised, as chances are things will turn ugly and you'll have to see this guy every day.

First, be careful, maybe you are misinterpreting cultural differences. Second, you can ask him out for a drink, there you can talk about your hobbies, movies, etc. With this conversation you will have more clues about his own preferences, and discover what are his real intentions. Luck.

well you might want to make absolutely sure he likes guys to begin with... he could just be really friendly, hence the wink, or looking at you cuz you had something in your teeth or something. if he does like guys then yes, he's probably interested. ask him out!

brent was right just see if he wont's to go to lunch and have a general talk nothing sexual and try to build a friendly relation ship with him just be careful.

it's possiblem but he might also want to be friendly and that is his way of shoing it. I would not make a move until he shows you more signs
