If you have the room, 20gal. or better preferably then get a male and three females. Males tend to be horn dogs and will not leave one female alone even to the point of harassing her to death. I would also suggest some plants or rocks to allow females to hide when they tired of being chased by the male.

You can put the swordtail in the tank with the neons and guppies.
I have had them together before, and there was this time in the pet shop when I had to seperate swords from other fish. But you have to find these things out the hard way.

You can put a pair of swordtails in a 10 gal tank with the fish you listed, but tank population will be at maximum.

Swordtails can grow quite large compared to your other fish.
They can however generally live quite peacefully in a community tank as long as there is only one male in a tank. My worry with swordtails are that they usually get quite ill at the petstores and you end up reintroducing diseases to your tank. Make sure you quarantine them first..

Swordtails do fine in groups, in fact they prefer it.
Don't know how many you have room for, you didn't tell the tank size, but add as many as you have room for, they will do well together.

how large is your tank?
i would be more concerned with your small numbers, tetras (neon & glowlite) should hopefully shoal together, but if not, they need to be in groups of 6 or more. Danios also need to be in groups.
swordtails need to be in a 20 US gallon tank or larger, how large is your tank?
