our lives seems all alike with only a few exceptions.
we study for our first ten and several years, or maybe twenty.
then we work for our employers for the next several ten years to earn money for them, competing with the others, hoping to get rich one day, when we gets old, maybe we live healthily, maybe we get some diseases which torture us for the rest of our lives.

that is all.

I had quite an un-happy childhood, my Mum used to say that she regretted i was born and yes i did feel like that.
Now however I have a good job, a nice house, great boyfriend no kids so i am able to do what i want when i want (well sort of!!)
I do dream of being rich one day, and i have had a bad illness which was tourture.

But that can't be it can it?
I am going to NYC soon. I have always wanted to go to the USA, and have saved enough to do so. I try and enjoy life

Don't forget if you was not born who would of done all the nice things that you would of done.

Who would of wrote this question, and what would i be doing if not talking to you?

Good question. You really have me thinking.
:-)

why should one regret being born? Yes, life is hard most of the time... but it is yet great.. A heart filled with darkness will never find joy in anything. One will always have reasons to complain and forget that without God´s unconditional love to us we wouldn´t even have the little we´ve got...
The saying "Life is what you make it!" is absolutely true.
The more you reject the bad, the more it will fade away and your vision will be cleared. And you will see good things happen to you, maybe even miracles might happen in your life...
There´s this guy I know.. and he is in a wheelchair. But he just fascinates everyone ..a real sunshine. He is so happy ..when you think about the fact that he´s lamed for the rest of his life.. you wonder why, but his face wears a smile everyday. He does everything we also do.. at times even better! Study, work.. goes dancing every now and then ...has a hella friends!
He thanks his God for the gift of life.. he could have also died.
Even if we don´t have what others have we can still be happy.

There are two options.. either sit & complain how boring & f***** up life is -or get up and live each day ..do our duties ..succeed and thank God for everything we have and pray for those in pain.

I definitely regret my birth sometimes. My existence is a very parasitic one. I'm dependent on the resources that the earth, my family and friends provide yet I have given almost nothing back in return. My biggest regret is that I have become someone utterly useless. I am truly expendable... I have nothing to contribute to my family, friends, society... nothing. And yet, there is nothing I can do about it... So yes... I regret being born. Every single day.

That is all? Sad... maybe you should seriously reconsider your values. I don't want to put any morality in your question, but you seem a bit not satisfied... hope you find some other meaning to your life, best wishes.
