A Tunisian dish.
A very tasty dish with chicken and potatoes and a nice tomato sauce with an oriental touch.
You put a couple of pieces of chicken with bone in a pot add some olive oil, 5 garlic cloves cut in half, half a cinnamon stick and a tomato paste.
After 10 minutes on a light heat add water until you cover up all the chicken pieces, increase the heat and let it on the fire for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add salt, pepper 4 potatoes cut in quarters and leave it there for another 15 minutes. Voila, it's ready. (Copyright Safta Lea)

A hearty, tasty and healthy all-in-one dish (you might not want dessert after it).. First: little veggie meat balls or falafels wrapped in camembert cheese and baked in bread crumb. Add rocket salad and other salad of choice, stir through with red pesto and sliced mushrooms. Season with a bit of basil, sliced green olives and cashew nut cuts. Wrap all this in an oven-heated tortilla (crispy, yet you can fold it). On the side: a fluffy 'bed' of creme fraîche with my signature drawn in a line of Amaretto di Saronno (almond liqueur) and salty but otherwise unflavoured tortilla crisps, such as Doritos dips. Creamy soup of mushroom or asparagus can be nice compliment to it as well.
