For time-delay grenades It's approximately 6 - 10 seconds, but every grenade will not be the same.
They will all be in a certain 'tolerance level' but I can gurantee some discrepancy if tested to high accuracy.
In some situations 'Impact grenades' are used because as the name implies they blow up upon impact.

No it's not, it depends of the grenade type and country of manufacture.
for instance the German WWII grenades had an insanely large time which actually let the allied forces pick them up and throw them back at times.

the delay time is 4 - 5 seconds for a hand grenade. there are several type of grenade, here some of it, fragmentation grenade, concussion grenade, percussion grenade, smoke grenade, riot control, incendiary grenade, stun grenade, sting grenade, impact stun grenade, anti-tank grenade.

that depends on the model, also you have to release the grip, simply pulling the pin whilst holding the grip will not detonate the grenade.
