i am an aries, hubby is a scorpio. married 16 yrs. best friends with each other, RARELY fight or disagree.

I'm a scorpio and I get along with aries great! ... Then again half my chart is in sagittarius and in the 1st house, and the 1st house rules aries, and sagittarius is a fire sign... so forget what I said.
Either way though, Aries and Scorpio have a lot in common. Well aries is cardinal and fire, and male -- and scorpio is fixed and water and female... still they have one very important thing in common; they are both ruled by the same planet, and like it or not, it gives both signs a similar character.
Scorpio and Aries both can be deadly when they argue and myself having several aries friends, I know that if one of us doesn't control his or herself, it's going to be hell. I'm usually the one containing myself because generally aries cannot contain themselves.
Now, in short, I would say that aries and scorpio could work, considering the biggest influence of both persons is aries or scorpio respectively. If a different sign influences them more, forget what I said.

I'm Scorpio, he's Aries, first time I laid eyes on him I said there is the man I'm going to marry. That was in 1975 and we have been together and true to each other since then.

aries and leo are very compatable together they are very good partners in bed and everything else you as and aries are not compatable with a scorpio
