Be honest with her - if you don't fancy her boyfriend sit her down and tell her that. Say you value her friendship and would never do anything to upset her that way.

If she can't trust what you said then you are probably better off without her. Keep the door open and eventually she might realize she was being stupid and want to make up. If she does, be the bigger person and forgive her without making her grovel or beg for forgiveness - assuming of course that she doesn't go around saying bad things about you or just being mean to you in general.
As far as I'm concerned that's a very shallow reason to "break-up" with a best friend unless she caught you making out with him or something like that.

You must be like in jr.high 'cause this sounds very immature. Why would she say this? She must have some reason to think this! Send her a V.Day card for "friends" and tell her that you're sorry that if she thinks this but you would never risk her friendship over a guy! And be careful about how you act and dress around him, you may be unconciously "flirting" with him without really intending any harm!

Just tell her that u like her very much and respect her feelings so much that you feel happy when she is happy .give her a clear idea about what you think of her and her boy friend.hope she will surely understand you.
