Yes unless you are told by your company and they can prove that it is in some legal document, for example any policy and procedure manuals that companies produce. I work in the care industry and i am not allowed to answer my phone, but allowed to use it if in an emergency.

If it's a company mobile then a straight YES you can use it at work

If is is used during one's break, I think it should be okay and for emergencies, but one shouldn't abuse the priviledge where it becomes a distraction from one's work.

yeah but in airports they dont let us use it becoz they think we take pics of the airport......and coz i am a trainee pilot they tell us to use a non camera mobile phone....
