Thats what a lot of people do. I noticed it when I would go through every single one and pick the one I liked. After I voted, I would notice that the first one had like 20 votes and it wouldnt even answer the question.

I just read the responses i get the best. I used to actually vote on any first answer i could get. But that was kind of weird, only for one points.. Hmmm..

I try to scan through to see whether someone has given thought to an answer. I may not read all the answers, because there are a lot of garbage answers out there. I vote for someone who takes things seriously....or if the question is bogus, the funniest answer.

it depends if there are alot of answers i just vote randomly(i first read the random one so its not terrible) but if there are a few answers that are pretty short responses like not 5 paragraphs i actually see which one is the best
