WELCOME TO THE JOYS OF MOTHERHOOD! I had that from 8 weeks on and it gets worse as the baby gets bigger. Get a big exercise ball. lay with you back on the ball and roll yourself back and forth! That felt so good to me! Do not sit with you legs crossed ever! That targets your posture all messed up and you get more pain. Also I bought a donut thing. It is for old people that have hemorrhoids. I would sit on that all the time! It took the pressure off of my tail bone! There are stretches you can do daily that help also. got to baby center on your computer and they have all of the stretches that you can do to try to get rid of the pain. I ended up having to go to physical therapy it got so painful for me. talk to your doctor too. They also have things you can do.

It could be perfectly normal - 16 weeks was when I first started having trouble turning over in bed and getting out of bed in the morning. I am 20 weeks now and it is easing. Take it easy and try not to do too much but if it is really that painful - see your midwife to rule out anything more serious. Not worth taking any chances. Hope it gets better soon.

Just forget about the final reply. How impolite! It would possibly simply be braxton hicks, however on the grounds that the affliction has no longer subsided and you're nonetheless beautiful early to your being pregnant I could name your midwive, if the affliction will get rather dangerous and near in combination you will have to cross to the sanatorium. Have you attempted mendacity in your left aspect for a at the same time or taking a bathtub? If simply Braxton hicks those will have to give up the affliction.
