I AM A LITTLE BIT SHORT AND I WANT TO INCREASE MY HEIGHT , SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE TELLING ME TO TAKE HORMONAL INJECTIONS , SHOULD I TAKE THEM ?
I DONT HAVE TIME FOR CYCLING OR SWIMMING THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Hormonal injections are VERY VERY expensive and have to be taken every other day for 4-5 years. Treatment costs about $300,000. If you'r very short, and a doctor can recommend it, you can usually get the shots free on a grant, but it is quite the process to go through. They would not recommend it for my son who is 13 and 4'9". His dad and I are 5'3" and according to bone scans, my son will eventually reach 5'6".

Exercise won't make you taller.
There are steroid injections you can take to increase your height, but I believe these are only given in the case of dwarfism.

No, not unless they are given for a medical condition under medical supervision. If you are finished growing the will not magically make you grow, but they could give you some very nasty side effects. If you are still growing then talk to your doctor, there may be some help available for you...bu don't rely on it.

Nope...play with the hand you were dealt. Hormone therapy is dangerous and expensive. Height does not limit us, it is our minds and lack of imagination that does this....grow your mind and heart...the height will not matter.
