ok there this guy i like he says he dont like me but he stares at me at lunch what does this mean

Maybe he knows you like him and observes you... Well, if he does know you like him, then he'll be curious about you... I guess that's why he stares at you.

It means he is staring at you. Kidding. It is hard to tell what he means, since he told you that he does not like you. Maybe he is shy or too young to express himself. I would break the ice and ask him why does he stare so much.

Be very careful with the guy my friend, coz first of he doesn't care about you and he can harm you in one way or the other, am sure he can take advantage and pretend to like coz you said you like him so all i can tell you is whatever you do don't ever let him know that you like him that much
