If no one is helpful in your Personnel/HR Department, document all occurrences with your boss and bring it to your supervisor or someone above that. Taping the incidents can help, but you may have to check the laws regarding tape recording with/without the other party's consent.

Good luck and I wish you the best.

Radio Shack has wires that you can wear so you can record him yelling and lying. Do it every day for two weeks, rerecord it onto one CD, and take it directly to Human Resources and insist the Director of Personnel listen to it with you in the room. You have rights, pursue them.

Tape those occurrences. Look for a transfer. Befriend the staff around you. Look for a better job. Improve yourself. If you can do all of that, you have a much better chance of winning no matter where the cookie crumbles.

confront the loud mouth and tell the them that if the crap don't stop you will contact the Labor Board, make sure you get a recording of the loud mouth to support your claim.

You can always go the the President or CEO of the company

Good Luck,
