not going to lie, this is a serious problem. I recommend just knocking yourself out for the next few nights until you can consult a doctor for meds. Find a large friend and have him choke you until you pass out.

That's the most ignorant and ridiculous thing I've ever in my 35 years of life heard and/or read. Don't waste peoples time with your ignorance just because you are bored and probably anywhere between the idiot ages of 18 and 28. What a waste of space.

as you hav not mentioned the cause....lack of sleep is due to many reasons.. r u tensed or say worried,or you r too much anxious...jus try to keep ur mind relaxed..
