What a wonderfully thought-provoking question!
If I were to stand before the Mirror of Erised, I believe that I would see myself surrounded by the people that I love most in the world. The image would include my friends and family, some of whom I only see on rare occasions (because we live too far away from each other) and some of my beloved relatives that have passed away (I don't feel that we had enough time together).
My Boggart would definitely take the image of my darling nephew's lifeless body. I don't really have fears for myself, but seeing my nephew die is the worst thing that I can imagine, as he is the most important person in the world to me. It is the one thing that I don't think that I could bear and what I fear most.
My Patronus would most likely come in the form of a great snake; please don't jump to conclusions without hearing me out first! As Hagrid might say, they are seriously misunderstood creatures. =) Snakes universally represent spiritual rebirth and they are a beautiful, strong, patient, and a quietly powerful animal. They have impeccable timing, as they are always ready to act, and they can inspire great fear, which I think makes them an ideal protective animal. As a person's patronus reflects on the type of person that they are, I think a snake is appropriate for me; easy going generally, but intense at times and unwise to provoke.

...Mirror of Erised would show me my book, published, beautiful, and on the top of the New York Time Best Seller list.
...My boggart, well, it would be a spider. I have horrible arachnophobia.
...My Patronus would be a dragon. Not a Harry Potter style dragon, but a Song in the Silence by Elizabeth Kerner style dragon. Strong and fierce, but protective and loyal.

My Mirror of Erised would be me surrounded by lots of happy little kids, smiling and having fun. I am Mom to some of them, but Ms. Meyer, the world's best and most favorite second grade teacher to all of them. Most likely it would be story time and I would be reading ther next chapter of my latest best selling fantasy novel.
My Boggart would have to be my dad, telling me that he's disappointed in me and that I'm a "pathetic slob who'll never mean anything to anyone".
My Patronus will no doubt be a fierce but motherly wolf, with grey and white fur and soft blue eyes.

The vision I would see in the erised would be seeing my children grown up happy & successful.
Likewise my boggart would be either of my children looking at me with hatred in thier eyes, either that or either one of them dead. (my biggest fear is outliving my children)
And my patronus would likely be a polar bear, or a grizzly bear. Patronus root word is "patron" which can similarly mean "father figure" Harry's Patronus was a stag as his father was also known as "Prongs" another name for antlers) My father's name means "heart of the bear"
I am all grown up, and I love the series, I really enjoyed this question, because it made me think about aspects of the story as it might relate to me... something I haven't really done much of. Kudo's for the question, if I could give more stars I would...

WOW!! What an interesting question, Franklin!!
My Mirror of Erised will be like those of Harry Potter’s… I saw myself with my Father and my Mother! In reality, father is still alive, but mother has deceased long time ago. I believe she’s over there, somewhere over the rainbow…. How I wish I can be with my mother again….
My Boggart will be myself heart-broken and crying… being alone, lonely, hated, rejected, and forgotten. Without anybody to love me, to care me…. I’m all alone….
My Patronus will be in form of WOLF. I used to have a wolf as pet. I inherited her from my mother and she’s so loyal to me…. One of remainder to my beloved Mom…. Just like Harry has Prong (reminder of his father) as his Patronus, I have Wolf (reminder of my mother) as my Patronus!

Erised: I would probably see myself with my friends.
Boggart: To see my crush dead.
Patronus: This is a tough one. Both eagle and horse could be mine but I think it would be a golden eagle soaring in the air

Mirror of Erised- I would have seen myself in the future bursting with fame and enthusiasm or seeing myself in Spiritual apparitions.
My Boggart- It would be visions of Fearing God and the Minorities of fears.
My Patronus- It would be in a form of both the Dove and The hawk escaping the Infernal world of sin. It is a heavenly conquest with the Holy Trinity. These avians are symbols of true wisdom

uumm, in the Mirror of Erised, I'll see what I truly desire,, but I don't know what to expect,, if I ever get to see one..
About the Boggart,, I'm sure I won't see anything, nothing frightens me except God..
Patronus.. Mmm.. probably a wolf,, I'm very fond of those creatures.. From stories that I've read, I admire their teamwork and their will to survive..

In the Mirror of Erised I would see myself living in a castle on a mountaintop, as the Lord of a medieval society (recreational group), wearing lustrously shining armor similiar to Arthurs' armor from the movie Excalibur. Like a permanent Renaissance Faire, my mountain retreat would be a haven for medievally minded craftspeople, warriors, and entertainers.
My boggart is similiar to Rons', as I am arachnophobic, but mine would probably take the form of Shelob from Return of the King. I HATE spiders, and try to stay very far away from them, but if one gets near me it dies. End of story. I was camping several years back, backpacking actually, and as it was raining I was looking for dry wood and happened across a hollow, dry log protected by lichen. I drug it back to the fire and began breaking it apart when a black, fuzzy ball about a foot in diameter rolled out the end. My friends and I looked at it curiously for a second, and then it unrolled its legs and lifted its head. It was a monstrously big wolf spider, with evilly shining green multifaceted eyes, and it stood there looking at us. I drew my sword, and so did everyone else, and they told me to kill it. I thought about that, and told someone to hand me a ball and chain morning star instead. I swung and struck, and that spider actually saw it coming and jumped two feet to the left, but I think I grazed him or stunned him, because my second strike was true.
My patronus would be a great Gryphon, as big as a small elephant, with magnificent wings and feathers of emerald green, because my (totem) creature and heraldic device has always been a green gryphon. Honorable, noble, and powerful, gryphons are lordly creatures both strong and wise.

Mirror of Erised: me as a practicing attorney out of law school, having passed the bar; winning bunches of blue ribbons with my stables of horses.
Boggart: me as a perpetual law student with memos due every week so that I only sleep about 10 hours the whole week. (it's really a painful thing... i don't recommend it)
Patronus: my horse :o) She protects me from everything.
