Target. Walmart now has a stigma for being low quality and cheap because of it. Of course you can get a lot of groceries there for the best price around, Target is still the bomb though.

i found that super walmart in whitey acres is just as clean as target, and since i am american and target isn't i guess i would now say walmart, though fairly recently back i would've said target, but alas they are french owned.
