i have some viruses how can i delete them?

the virus names are as follows..1)tempmetasploit.exe. 2)MTkz[1]
3)count[1].htm 4)A0050932.exe
i hve tried enough to delete them ..but i'm not seuccessful in doing that...plzzzzz help...tell me how can i delete them

Make sure you have an antivirus software installed on your computer and do a complete Virus Scan. I'll recommend Norton Antivirus or MCAfee and if you want a free and reliable Virus get AVG Personal edition (www.grisoft.com)

install avg anti virus paid version or free version, do a complete scan of the system and then if virus found avg will guide u step by step, u can either delete the virus or if it is programme files u can move it to virus vault.
