1. Here are 39 photos from 1888, but none, I think, of Whitechapel.

2. These webpages have some photos from that time, but essentially it is a Jack the Ripper site (the murders were in 1888). Amongst the street photos, there are some gruesome photos of victims (sorry about that).

Try www.google.com - select images from the toolbar above the text box and then put in your area and victorian. You should find waht you need.

Great question. i don't know the website but i'm keeping eye on this question for someone that does. i love those old pictures.
