I like Jazz and R&B, like Kem. If I want some pick me up music, I really like something I can sing along to, like mixed pop and rock music, for example Christina Aguilera, Aerosmith, Black Eyed Peas ("Let's get it started") or something like that, a good variety. Sometimes it's fun to go way back in the day as well and listen to music you remember from high school. :)

man, I have like a million mixed cds for stuff like this. Maybe this won't fit your musical tastes..but I have a cd full of Madonna, Salt n Pepa, Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas. Basically anything upbeat. Sometimes it's fun to listen to a bunch of non-sense music. heh.

depends on the colours and your taste. if its a peaceful spectrum combine it with that sort of music laid back soul or similar. if you want it done fast use something with a fast beat and that you like to sing along to this will make it enjoyable and fun so you'll keep going longer.

I saw a Royle Family repeat last week and they were stripping paper to "Mambo No. 5" and it seemed to work for them;-)

It veries for everyone, but everyone has that one song that can really get them moving. Mine's "Every time we touch" by Cascada, but a lot of people (guys) hate that song. Just look around and i'm sure you'll find your song!
