You're looking for a traditional luau in Hawaii? Here are two recommendations for Oahu.
I've been to the luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center and at Paradise Cove. Thought they were both really good.

Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, Oahu
people are nice and you'll meet people from all around the world overthere (including Hawaiian)

or Polynesian Cultural Center which is one of the best on the islands as well! Either one is definitely good!

i have been to Hawaii many times and if u want a traditional one u have to find some native friends on the beach and go to their parties..trust me those are the best!

The luau in Lahaina, Maui is very nice. Great food.... excellent Lava Flow drinks!!! mmmmm... I can't wait until I can go again.
