Within 7 days of what? Intercourse?
In short, not reliably. It takes at least 10-14 days after sex to confirm a pregnancy, you need to wait until the fertilized egg has fully implanted in the wall of the uterus and started interacting with your body, and this takes, on average, about 2 weeks - about the time your next period would be due. This is what stops your period happening.
A blood test for hCG levels will be able to indicate a possible pregnancy sooner than a home pregnancy (urine) test, but you will have to visit the doctor for this. Wait until about 11 days after sex and see your doctor, otherwise, take a home pregnancy test at about day 14. Even if both tests come back negative, wait a few days and try again, unless your period starts in the meantime.

A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception.
Home pregnancy test: If you do not chart or monitor your fertility in any way, and you think you may have conceived, you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having sex to test. Why 19?! Sperm can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the sperm managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the sex act that got the sperm there. To make sure you're not testing too early, assume the sperm had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long sperm life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)

i think of it may be maximum suitable to go away the foreskin on. Circumsizing is basically about splendor and it damages the nerve endings too, or the finished element would desire to get contaminated incredibly undesirable... besides the undeniable fact that it is your decision on what you will desire to do on your son, all and sundry is diverse. My ex bf replace into circumsized and that they did it incorrect. they did no longer circulate all the way around or they only did one area,so it replace into awkward for him. Now my cutting-edge Boyfriend of two&a million/2 years wasn't circumsized and he's happy with the alternative his mom made, no ailments/infections, ect. He basically had to maintain it sparkling. Plus, while your new child will become a guy, he will have greater efficient sexual sensations than if he replace into circumsized.... Goodluck!
