words beginning with "tricho" usually are to do with hair, so at a guess I'd probably say it's something to do with your hair falling out or some kind of disease in the hair???

Trichophagia is the compulsive eating of hair. Most often, long hair is masticated while still attached to the head and then swallowed. The hair eventually collects in the gastrointestinal tract causing symptoms such as indigestion and stomach pain. A purgative can be given to induce the trichobezoar (hairball) to come out.

Surgery may be required in some instances.

Trichofagia is a disease that causes loss of hair in a particular area of the head. Tricha means really hair in Greek language and Fagia means eating, but there is also this disease which is the result of an infection by a microorganism and is getting worse in cases of anxiety, stress and psychological disorders.

It possibly relates to a condition in which some people eat hair. (Tricho relates to hair and phagia to eating something.)
