You should really consult your physician rather than the opinions of those on the Internet. This is serious & it is pertaining to your baby's life & health!!!!!! More than likely seeing that you are 38+ weeks, & there is a possibility that you may deliver soon, you could hace gas. Unfortunately these are the delemas we endure during childbirth & more. Try peppermints & saltine crackers. That was advice that was given to me when I was prego with my bebe...other than that if you cannot contact your Doctor you should have access to an advice nurse or some sort of a hotline. If you do not get a live nurse (or give birth in the process) leave a msg. You should get a call back in the A.M. Peace I hope all works out for you & the future little one!!!!

perfectly normal. Tums was my best friend in the last month of my pregnancy. It will go away when the baby is born. The baby is getting big and because of it's size it's pushing up on your stomach which cause some acid to go into your esophagus and causes that burning feeling.

The means I felt approximately it's while I discovered I used to be pregnant I used to be so concerned approximately the soreness of work & supply. By the top of every being pregnant, I used to be so uncomfortable that the soreness did not subject anymore. I could not sleep, I could not devour, I could not take a seat. It used to be first-rate having the child so I would get again to being myself. But larger, in view that now I used to be a mother to a uncommon little child.

Your baby probably hasn't "dropped" yet - that is, gone down into your pelvis getting ready for delivery. Once it does, all stomach trouble disappear. First babies usually "drop" 1 week to 10 days before birth and subsequent babies usually do not "drop" until delivery process is started. Even first ones sometimes just don't want to go down until the very last minute. You are 40 weeks pregnant though, so you will not have to wait much longer... :-)

Very normal!!! I had heartburn sooooooo bad with my last pregnancy. The heartburn lasted through the whole pregnancy. I even woke up several times a night with heartburn so bad. it was non-stop. Of course, eating hotwings didn'thelp, but I was addicted to hotwings and would drool just thinking about them!! LOL!!! I lived on hotwings and of course I paid the price with heartburn.
Good luck to you!!!!
