In way way you would like to educate the people in India?

You are talking about a large population, with little / very basic knowledge of words.
Most of them are also living in out of place areas.

Education starts with the leaders and the elites of the society, to take the lead to spend resources to concentrate on the other levels of society.

Alas, people are generally selfish. Things with no benefits they would hardly touch.

Final words. to change society you have to change the minds.
