for some it is a way to get out of their country, and for others it is because they are ashamed of what they are. The way the media presents the rest of the world to Africa makes the rest of the world look like it HEAVEN on earth. Seeing this makes SOME Africans want to be in the places they see being shown on television. Once Some Africans get the opportunity to travel to those places they see for themselves that, most of the time, the place is nicer than where they come from, which aids in the decision to stay in the country they traveled and become a citizen

really, thats happening?
the last nationality changes that i remember happening were cause of people going into exile for/ because of political reasons. Not many can actually afford to live elsewhere too, and home is what we all know. if you are referring to the white africans, well... there's complaints of it being bad in africa etc...so they go back where their forfathers started off for a better life... (just my opinion)

Arabs have been doing it for years. Don't know about Africans. How can you hide your black skin, if you see a black person they must have ancesters from Africa.
