You can set it by double clicking on the time at the bottom of the screen. Remember to uncheck automatic synchronization with the Internet (Its located at the far right tab when you double click the time)

Double click on the time readout on your taskbar. It will open the date and time properties window. Adjust your time by clicking on the hours or minutes part of the time and move it up or down by clicking on the up down arrows there. Your computer will automatically readjust the time unless you disable that feature. Click on the internet time tab and uncheck the box next to automatically synchronize..

I think you are talking about performing a system restore? If so, click start, all programs, accessories, system tools then look for the system restore application and click on it and it will guide you through the rest of the process.

use the restore function found in your system tools. hit start, programs, accessaries, system tools and select system restore. just pick the day or week or month to set the system back to. follow the directions on screen.
