It was proven on mythbusters(discovery channel) that if you pee on an electric fence in a continues stream that you can get enough of a shock to make you jump away since urine can conduct some electricity.

Yep, you could, but as a previous post suggested, the fuller the stream the bigger the shock.
Of course, if you stopped peeing before the first of the stream hit the wire, you'd be ok. Bit of a risk though...

you can do it pretty safely from a normal peeing position but if you get right up close and concentrate on getting some pressure built up, then you may experience tingling and a small shock

mythbusters did this as a special on their show and i believe it had to be the perfect condition for it to happen, but under normal circumstances it wouldn't
