The article you want is probably "Thou and You in Shakespeare: A Study in Second Person Pronouns" in English Studies, v.48, 1967 p. 34-43. This essay was republished in the book, A Reader in the Language of Shakespeare Drama. edited by Vivian Salmon & Edwina Burness and published in 1987.
English Studies is a journal held by many college libraries. I do not believe the volume you need is available online. The book is also available in a number of libraries.
