Right up my alley! I worked there before when they almost got a hold of Savimbi in '92 and after they got a hold of old Savimbi in 2002 for several years. It's not a bad place. If he's in the Oil & Gas its even less of a problem as there is not much interaction with the locals, unless he likes going out at night. Don't walk the streets drunk at night as you get picked up by the police and then suddenly your wallet is gone. There's still garbage in the streets and shortage of toilets (this also end up on the streets), we've seen cholera, malaria and pink eye is rife after the rain. This more so for Luanda. I loved it! Airport is a drag though!

this can be a marvelous record, and what maximum conservatives do no longer understand is that, at one time, liberal and conservative did not continually advise Democrat or Republican, respectively. also, there are some in this record that were all started through Republicans, yet in the top, those Republicans were more often than not LIBERALS. Liberals easily substitute issues in Washington that impact the commonplace American. yet in the top, all this discuss "Republicans did this" or "Democrats attempt this" or regardless of means no longer some thing. Get it actual, conservative dunces. What we've the following is a significant fat record of authorities courses. the well-known Republicans of immediately discover that authorities courses suck. the answer to that type of simplistic nonsense is shown in the record above you. Al Franken easily did some questioning of immediately's Republicans and requested them to call 5 helpful authorities courses (none of whom were even remotely centrist, no longer to educate liberal). He were given a itemizing from each and every individual of them, some that are in this record and others which aren't any further. the point is, the authorities, at the same time as that is needed, comes up with suggestions that earnings anybody both yet in reality are often in trouble-free terms needed through some people. Which get mutually, of both modern ones, tries to proceed those noble and very needed courses to this very day, and likewise tries to create new ones at the same time as needed, in search of redress should you the authorities and market tramples on? You guessed it. The LIBERALS. yet conservatives will proceed to yammer on about how a lot money authorities wastes on stupid crap. properly wager what, slick? i do not see a unmarried wasted dollar in this record, and lets even strengthen it if we needed to.

You should have a look at the foreign office travel advice:

http://www.fco.gov.uk/

It says that "Most visits to Angola are trouble free."

I imagine if your son is working for a large multinational then he will benefit from all the protection that expats normally get.
