white spirit on a cloth will take it out then wash with some of your own hair shampoo to take the smell away

use nail polish remover, then was with mild soap (woolite) and warm water to rinse. Be sure to get all of the nail polish of. You may have to use a toothbrush to help.

there is a goo remover product you can buy at grocery stores that removes anything, at one point it used to advertise that it could remove blood from anything.
