Can you get your modem to disconnect when someone is trying to call?

I have a NetoDragon 56k modem. I haven't been able to find much information about this modem. It is an older computer with Win98. I do have call waiting. I know there is a service called callwave. I thought there was a way to change the settings in the modem properties? Hoping someone can help me with this. Thanks.

Not on this modem or operating system Win 98. You need NT and a newer modem combo.
