Some people just can't stand to be wrong and wouldn't admit it with a gun at their heads. There isn't much to be done about it. I feel sorry for them because they don't learn anything. The only thing you can do is tell him you know he's wrong and he can't convince you otherwise. Say it calmly and then drop it. I find it's usually other people they try to convince that they're right. Sooner or later he may get the picture.

there are some ppl out there that will say it is dark outside when its a hot sunny day and swear they are right
it is just the way some ppl are
then there are those that know they are wrong and wont admit it like woman WE ALWAYS SAY WE ARE ALWAYS RIGHT even tho we know we are not perfect

Don't let him rent space in your head!!! Arguing or trying to prove or disprove something will only make him worse. Deep down inside, he's miserable, and it's up to him if he wants to live a life of happiness. Don't let that be a reflection on your life...Smile and have a great day!!!

There's not much you can do about this. It's only going to create problems to push the issue. Ignore what he says or take it with a grain of salt and put it in perspective.

self denial has no cure! it will continue to insist on things that he believes in and prohibits anyone opinions.. A word of advice coming from a concern friend... "let him be, until he get annoyed" then he will ask you tons of opinion and questions... trust me! i had a older brother that has the same case....

Stop embrassing him. You know he is wrong, he knows he is wrong .. so just get on with things in you life.

Well, I must have been married to his brother.
I finally told the guy ... 'You're not happy unless you're at war. I will no longer argue with you.'
I let him have his way ... I didn't try to tell him he was wrong. My life was more peaceful.

Tell him his teachers and parents won't agree with him, that's why he was sent to school to learn because he wasn't born knowing everything.
