No, it's not possible to survivie if you replace all the bones with metal. Bones do more than just support our body. The bone marrow is involed with red and white blood cell production.

No, Wolverine doesn't really exist, and neither do the X-Men. However, the primary mineral in your bones is calcium, which in fact is a metal. So we all have metal bones, to an extent.

Not that I'm aware of. 2. No! The marrow inside the bones is necessary for the production of blood cells. If enclosed in metal, you would soon die.

I don't know of such a case and I don't expect that it is possible right now, but that's not to say it will never be possible. Also, there are other synthetic materials available to replace bone tissue. My guess is that it would be more likely that the tissue would be transplanted and/or gene therapy would be used to replace the tissue.

No and the bones have to breath for marrow reasons. The bones are alive in a matter of speaking.
