its all in the diet..well actually isn't all in the diet but it really helps
eat lots of vegetables and fruit and wholegrains and drink PLENTY of water and do some cardio excerise every day
i have been doing this for the last few months and my complexion has improved drastically

drink LOADS of water, cut out all junk food, and excercise, all dose creams and stuff r all rubbiish!! seriously you definately will get 100 percent clear skin if you just drink loads of water and eat no junk food you have to work out yourself how much youve to drink i drink 3 litres a day and iv now got completely clear skin! you mitnt need as much water or you mite need more, it ttly depends but eating fatty foods n sweets n all dat recks your skin even if you do drink loads of water, jus eat dem on special ocasions, also GET ENUFF SLEEP surprisingly it ttly effects your skin if u dnt get enuff sleep!
