Yes but not on weapons , strenght, facilities and military technology... It is mere only on number of militans... Chinese were the first and we were second.. in the way both countries are in population... But Americans have advanced military weapons and facilities... However elephant is huge.. It can be killed by a small snake... Army is also like that... If you have many men without unbeatable technology.. Your army is good for nothing...
