There was a cartoon of a black robotic cowboy. He had a metal arm, tan outfit. It's from the eighties. I think it was on Saturdays...
Also a show about a paranormal detective from about the same time. I think Christopher Reeve guest-starred once.
There was a film about a young kid that was taken by aliens to fight off-world. Again, eighties.
There was a show on CBS in the late '80s/early '90s that featured horror vignettes. One was about a priest that was tied to a rack and lowered into a well into hell. Another was about a doll that could control other inanimate objects and helped a little girl strangle her grandmother.
At the beginning of another film ('80s/'90s) a man is running from a bunch of crazed zombies or something and he has eyeballs in the crook of his arm.
My mother let me watch some crazy **** back in the day and now I'd like to share some of these insane flicks/episodes with my equally morbid friends. Anyone have any ideas?

Have no clue about the robotic cowboy either, but I just wanna say, if you like those short horror/curioso shows you might also like the Outer Limits (on top of Rita's "Twilight Zone" answer)

the alien thing sounds like the last star fighter i think the "moley" guy from the waltons was in it.
