We've been together for a long time,9months, and well, right this minute i don't think he loves me, i mean i love him so much.
But, i keep asking if he loves me and he says "well why would i spend £65 on your birthday present, so yes i do" which i don't really think money counts.He's sleeping at mine tonight and my best mate is round today,he's like "oh i might come around a bit earlier so i can speak to her, havent done in ages" maybe its just me been jealous.But the other day he was saying he hates her?!
Basically, what i'm trying to ask is, how do i know he's in love with me?
i mean what are your opinions aswell?
please help.

Some people cant say i love you but he may show it in his own way does he do thoughtful things for you?! hate is a strong word and some days you could feel like you dont like someone and the next you might want to talk to them. i'm the same it doesnt mean anything just depends on the persons mood or maybe he's doing it for you cause its you best friend and wants to make an effort or maybe looking for advice from her on what to get you for valentines day or something. dont let it eat away at you talk to him and ask him how he feels about you or if he sees your relationship going anywhere.

first off 9 months IS NOT A LONG TIME
sheesh that is just getting to know you stage still
it sounds like you are very insecure if you have to keep asking him
and if he rates love by money i say get rid of him and work on yourself for awhile
you need to grow up a bit and realize you need to love you first and be secure with yourself before you can be with anyone else
