The g-spot is an area inside the vagina on the front wall, right underneath the mons of venus (area covered with hair, trianlge shaped), about one to two inches from the vagina opening up... at this spot there is a big number of nerves, all sensitive nerves, when a woman is properly stimulated it is easier to reach an orgasm, some find it very easy, some never find it. It can be stimulated using a finger or an object, or during intercourse focusing on that area.

Inside the vagina is a group of nerve endings that get stimulated as the wall of the vagina is pushed against the pelvis. The movement of these nerve endings make a woman feel pleasure. They seem to be there to alleviate pain during childbirth and sex stimulation in some positions such as doggie.

You can feel it with your finger about an inch or two inside the vagina. It has ridges kind of like the roof of your mouth.
