Dont limit your water consumption. It will affect your health. Drink lots of water as you do now, but before going for sex, try urinating once. This will reduce the level of water available for excretion.
The second thing is something that you need to work with your thoughts. As this issue has been in your mind for a long time, you tend to think/fear if you will need to go to the toilet , when you are in the time of climax. Change this thought. Be confident enough and just focus only on your job which are you doing at that time. Get involved in with your wife.
