When I turn on the switch for any settings, I don't hear anything and there is no air circulating. Do you know what can cause this.
What should I check?

Ok, now it is blowing on a/c and vent, but stops blowing when put on heat???

Problem is either the blower fan, the relay or switch. thermostat won't do this.

most vehicles and jeeps included use vacuum from the engine to switch which vent the a/c or heat come out of. When this vacuum is not supplied the a/c system defaults to blowing outof the defrost ducts. ( If it works ok when set to a/c then this is not your problem) to check to see if you hav a vacuum problem pop the hood and on the passenger side follow the a/c pipes and the heater hoses to wear they go through the fire wal the will be a plastic vacuum tube coming through the wall. these hoses get brittle and break all the time. check the hose for breaks and if none the carefully take the hose off ussually there is a place to disconnect it and start the engine and make sure that vacuum is making it to the hose. if not you'll hve to fig. out why. if thee is vacuum then the problem could be inside the car in the dash and you may wnt to seek some professional help. good luck.

If it doesn't work on high speed either: fuse, relay or fan.

have you thermostat checked it may be stuck open, if you don't hear the fan then the fan motor may have to be changed, both are inexpensive.

FUSE COULD BE BLOWN ,CHECK THAT FIRST.
