Hi I'm a boy at the age of 16 and is there a possibility that my nose will get small after a few years...I have an almost good face except for the nose...Could it become small overtime?

yes as person above said it will not go any smaller. i have found that ,most people who have a self image issue, weather it be a largish nose ears etc, they are usually not as bad as the person thinks. my suggestion would be, if it really bothers you go to a reputable plastic surgeon and see what he/she says about it.
good luck with that.
i say 'reputable' because there are surgeons out there who i'm sure will just 'do the job' anyway. if it's not that bad then the best of surgeons will be honest and tell you to leave it alone.

I'm sorry to tell u that it Will not get smaller after a few years, the only way u have is to to a surgery to make it smaller, but u have to trust the doctor who is going to do the operation.

Some women (like me) LOVE "original" noses. Take a look at the Italians. The men & women all have beautiful noses. They are so original & sexy.

sugerry will help it only......however dont loose hope, as you grow older, your every other part will enlarge a bit too....so the nose will not lookso bad as it may look now when you are an adult.....just wait till then, that is all ok......and remeber this is not only with ya, but many guys are there who face the same thing and consider as a problem.....be patient...

No hon it gets bigger. Ears and noses get bigger as we age.
