Leg lifts, Crunches, Knee-ups, Knee raises, Sit-ups, Russian Twists.

You can start with crunches (do about 50), get right into Russian Twists (20), then right into leg lifts (25), and then end with another rep of crunches.

but when he was alive he had a professional trainer and a dietitian.
you need professional help in a good gym like Golds.but the YMCA is excellent and cheaper..
