The purpose of the Nobel Peace Prize is for persons who have worked to encourage PEACE. Mr. Bush qualify for the prize when he lies about 9-11 and WMD and continues to send more troops to fight in immoral and unjustified war.

Let's wait until someone actually disarms shall we. Maybe we should give Bush a medal in 2008 for not completely destroying America. But he still has time to make things worse. So let's just wait on the medal thing.
